An identity for a bicycle company that is sophisticated and charming.
Create a new brand for a San Diego based bike company that sells dutch inspired bikes. We wanted to capture the sophisticated classic style of the bikes, while also appealing to the affordable price point.

To begin I evaluated past logos and conducted a SWOT analysis was conducted in order to understand the brand and where they could grow.
With these considerations in mind, the brainstorming of the logotype began. The handwritten logo was a solution that showed the motion of bike riding as well as a classic and charismatic Virtue brand. I created many variations to explore the V, the angle of the word, and weight.
